In this episode, you’re going to learn about the crab that for a brief period every year quite literally overruns Christmas Island with the crab to human ratio at approximately 20,000 to 1.  You’re also going to learn how they survive the journey across the island as well as why they do it in the first place, among other interesting facts about the crab and a certain ant species recently accidentally introduced to the island which is doing its best to supplant the crab on the island.
